It was used mostly by Andrew Anglin (who claimed credit for inventing the term, however there is some debate over that) to identify exhibitionistic retards like Matthew Heimbach :heimbach_wignat2: Matt Parrott :parrott_wignat: Chris Cantwell :cryingnazi2: and others who deliberately set white people back with their white niggerish behavior in public.

7 years later, the term lives on mostly in the circles of the dissident right, where it has the equivalent effect of a nigger calling another nigger an Uncle Tom.
