     @eff I don't know where the problem is. LEAVE YOUR FCKING PHONE AT HOME OR TURN IT OFF.
     That simple.
     Solution for years and any circumstance where you do not want to be tracked. Simply have nothing on you which can be tracked. Oh, and have some cash on you.

     Lawmakers must act now? Really? What about common sense first? Works immediately until the lawmakers have a ruling in 5-10 years for this issue.
