#Neoliberalism destroying the Welfare State in the #EU
The institutionalisation of the welfare state is a major victory of the labour movement after long and fierce struggles. Without the trade unions, which represent the interests of workers, the welfare state as a form of social coexistence would not exist.
Trade unionism is the greatest enemy of neoliberalism, which they are trying to discredit.
That is why the EU corporate media present the trade unionist as a burden on society.
