   Mrs Tek and I hit the gym after not making it there for a few weeks. I got it into my head that I should make up for lost time or something, I dunno, but now I can tell I way overdid it. My hand was shaking too much to easily brush my teeth just now.

     @tek Yeah, I had a fractured rib and couldn't do any core stuff. I'm not _completely_ cleared yet, but did try some things...being suuuper conscious to not overdo...and still did.

     don't even ask me about biking. 😭

     @PresGas It’s so easy when you’re in there, isn’t it? I’m sitting here with weights in hand. Why wouldn’t I go 100% until I can’t move? What could go wrong?
