     @irwin Yes! I got it from this: https://12tomatoes.com/frosted-buttermilk-apple-cake-loaf/

     And tweaked a little bit. I used:
     1 stick butter
     2/3 C sugar
     1 egg
     1 C flour + 1/2 tsp. each of baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and a splash of nutmeg
     1/2 C buttermilk
     3 apples

     General process is the same:
     - Cream butter + sugar
     - Beat in the egg
     - Add 1/3 of the dry ingredients mixture and buttermilk alternately
     - Add diced apples
     - Bake at 350F for 45 mins.

     @goyou ですです? 紅玉、母が好きで。子供の頃はシャキシャキして甘い富士が好きでしたが、今は断然紅玉派です。なかなか見かけないけれど....あの甘酸っぱさ、これぞ林檎、って思います?

     @goyou はい? 母の料理はどこより誰より一番美味しいと思っています✨ 紅玉は本当、まさに林檎という感じですよね。マッキントッシュ（Apple = Macですもんね）は紅玉よりも白くて少し柔らかく、焼き菓子には本当に最高です。
