The NY Times refuses to cover the murder of Yeremi Colino, which took place in Manhattan the same day as the murder of the UHC CEO, because Colino was an immigrant child killed by a white supremacist who asked whether he could speak English. Just like NYPD refuses to carry out the same kind of manhunt with hourly updates on the killer. They only care about corporate tycoons, not teenagers being killed. This is how they cover for the hate crime.

@anildash Cops are class traitors, they protect private property not people. And in a world where everything is rented and never bought, they are *never* on our side.
And NYT, well, let’s just say there was no American occupation that NYT was not for.
American journalism is bought by billionaires, it’s obsessed with access and is extremely out of touch with the audience they claim to inform.

@anildash it is the most predictable thing, the system working as designed. i wondered when it happened how many other avoidable deaths there were that day that we would never hear a peep about.
And the media keeps saying the motives are unknown, like it's the least plausible gaslighting abuse in history.
