Not unregulated, red in tooth and claw, savage Capitalism, but a calmer, perhaps, 'neutered', form which can co-exist with a strong, well funded Public sector, running the communal ties - infrastructure, health, etc.

This "calmer," "neutered" version of capitalism would still be exploitative to workers, even with the addition of well-funded public programs. Despite the regulations, the fundamental dynamics of profit extraction from labor by capitalists would still persist, perpetuating class inequality and alienating workers from the full value of their labor.
