It's not just about a lack of White enrollment, but even the standards for becoming a medical practitioner of any kind (even in deathcare like myself) have been drastically lowered to support a higher entrant rate of unempathetic, unqualified whores and sheboons who don't even know how to properly draw blood. These people have sullied the reputation of healthcare workers and have lowered the profession to something akin to being a hairdresser whose ads you would see on daytime television sandwiched between reruns of phony judge shows and commercials for weight loss and inadequate legal representation for injuries involving vaginal mesh or something.
Society's next ten years are going to be fun.

The medical system is a mess everywhere. DEI and ESG initiatives reduced White enrollment in medical schools leading to no doctors in large swathes of the place. This is not readily fixable.
