     @evan Any time you can just "buy" control over millions of people's social lives, it's a bad thing. Doesn't matter who's hat the helm now, because *someday* it will be bought by a bad person and everyone's lives will be turned upside down.

     Whoever designed ActivityPub/Fediverse....

     that was brilliant. There's literally no way to "own" it.
