   Look I'm not going clubbing with Kylie in the strictest sense of the concept.

   But I am about to go to the post office to pick up a packige.

   Afterwards, I will go to #TheButterRoom and pick out something really decadent (perhaps a melting pandoro?), and just hang out for a bit. https://www.instagram.com/reel/C_-T1Petot3

   Then I'll go shopping for some really good chocolate and/or ice cream, so that I'm ready for some serious self-soothing when the thing that I'm NOT LETTING MYSELF HOPE FOR doesn't happen this weekend.

     I tried to record a video of the lava transformation of my lava pandoro (previously branded as melting pandoro).

     I pressed the wrong buttons whoops.

     Anyway. I have eaten it now. Fucking incredible, as always. Perhaps it's too much for one person to eat and would be better shared between two. But I bravely attempted it solo, and I succeeded.

     Emergency supplies obtained.

     I probably ought to make something nutritious in the slow cooker, too.

     If I self-soothe using only sugar and other carbs, it might feel good in the moment but I'll feel worse afterwards.

     So! I will cook something easy with protein and vegetables, and portion it out ready to shovel into myself when it feels like I'm over-sugared.
