   sudden 4am memory of buying snacks after school at a neatby convenience store.
   
   at some point they got this cashier who always made some small talk (rare in russia). then one time he said smth like "school holiday next week isn't it? you must be happy to rest" and for some reason I blurted out "yep, and you don't get to". he stopped smiling and didn't talk to me since :ARU:
