  @joebeone Web 4.0? Not heard that phrase before.
  BTW, I find it interesting that Bing refuses to index pages that were published circa 1995. Bing says they are missing "required" HTML meta fields - thus relegating "old" web content to the undiscoverable realm of Internet pre-history.
