@GottaLaff Anytime I hear something like "company reverses course after outcry," I always wonder which outcry specifically managed to make these Grinches hearts grow three times, allegedly. Was it the media coverage? Was it the grousing on social media? The letters from the subject matter expert organizations?
Because whatever works, we should do more of.
