     @sam I mean the music is so great I think I won't mind too much (except for the wait!). I'm waiting for streaming to see it (no movie theater since 2019), but can't wait!

     @tim my only complaint with the adaptation was that they stretched out every song or big important scene to like 10 minutes to turn it into 2 movies. It's less than a 3 hour musical *with* a 20 minute intermission; it already fits perfectly as one movie!

     @tim I actually went to the theater for the first time in ages to see it; someone behind me took (not "it rang", they actually picked up and started talking) 3 calls before I snapped and told her to turn it the fuck off, and every kid on the row in front of me had their phones on staring at them the entire time and then I remembered why I didn't like to go to theaters even in the before times too 🤷
