   Literally never seen any TETRA user make use of hook signalling or duplex calls.

     Honourable mention for Dolphin: a mobile network in the 90s/00s in the UK that rolled out TETRA. Duplex calling would have been a huge part of their proposition. Didn’t last long though… http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/1468447.stm
