   Interlibrary loan is truly a wonderful thing, especially for (but not limited to) obtaining obscure papers from rare journals. And skilled interlibrary loan librarians deserve WAY more respect than I think they get! If you're at an institution and use interlibrary loan often, please express your gratitude to the folks that work in that department. (I have been known to ply mine with occasional plates of cookies.)
