Does anyone know a software for ripping an Audio CD that has **all** of these properties:

- works on MacOS
- works on M1 CPU
- read titles from CDDB or similar
- CD read speed can be reduced
- can rip multiple tracks without manual intervention between tracks
- writes each ripped track into a separate file

Nice to have:
- open source
- free of charge
- graphical user interface
- can encode to mp3 or aac
