   Trump is betting on the madman theory, that if he looks unhinged, everyone will duck for cover. That is why he is floating all kinds of crazy ideas about slapping tariffs on everyone.

   But we have reached the find out phase, and China has now banned exports of several critical manufacturing minerals to the US. This means, Trump will begin his term with US companies already struggling with a plethora of supply issues.

   I guarantee, his billionaire friends are not happy with that.
