     @caseynewton We're having a debate about higher age limits for social media here in Norway too, and yeah, the definition is obviously extremely important, and just as difficult. Mostly I don't think of YT as a social media, just as a place to consume. In my mind it's kinda like a blog platform, just for video instead of text. But I don't have an account and I don't use Shorts. Also, what about new platforms, will they be exempt until put on a list, or will there be some criteria anyone can meet?
