     First of all, I believe that "not in my name" started decades ago from holocaust survivors objecting to Israeli abuses against the Palestinian people.

     Second, Holocaust survivors are often treated with callous disregard in Israel and then trotted out for publicity purposes.

     Third, see also former Zionist, Jacobo Timerman, granted exile in Israel, having been tortured as a dissident in Argentina.

     Timerman lasted a few years in Israel before leaving totally disillusioned.
