   i don't get it. libs don't think it through. why chase the electorate's statistically-probabilistic views rather than, i don't know, hold a coalition together with a cohesive strategic theory, aka believing in something, anything, enough to think it through? maybe blue team believes in nothing

     take #LandBack , a material assertion that is both a specific demand and a call for broader systemic decolonization. how can an ethical viewpoint not see this as an obvious part of a broad-base platform, making good on this immense wrong and its consequences? instead it is broadly unthinkable

     within the overton window of US politics, capitalism and colonialism are untouchable precepts. threats to them are existential. anyone hoping to get close to the halls of power must first defer to settler authority; the landback is denied possibility as a condition of entry
