Are any of you #Python⁠istas aware of an array of sorts that Python processes always keep in memory, with a size of 8 bytes times the applicable nofiles (number of concurrently open file handles) ulimit? I don't know where to start looking/searching. If that rings any bell at all, please holler. Thanks!
