Just a thought: How about we stop shaming the poor for buying things that may not be essential, and start shaming the rich for making a profit off things that are essential.

"It is what it is" is a meaningless tautology that doesn't contribute anything. Brainwashed masses are a problem, but so are the rich bourgeoisie, who aren't weak BTW; they have all of the political and military power and the mass media, i.e., the exact opposite of weak. Also, there is no middle class.

World is what it is.. We can't do anything about small minded rich people who think they're better than us. The problem is not these weak rich people but brainwashed masses and the middle class. They just go with the flow.

Why not blame the ones who are primarily responsible – the rich capitalists?

Pinpointing who's primarily responsible is necessary to fix the problems the responsible ones caused. You can't fix problems if you don't first find the source.
