how do we get proper internet-wide #multicast to work, i want to play with a #HamRadio style open to anyone spanning tree rtp audio thing

(i dont actually want to talk to everyone on the internet with no possibility of moderation, at least for more than like 10 minutes. i just think networking is neat.)
