     @RustyCrab having a balanced lifestyle indeed makes it possible, just like, you know, it might get expensive if you're gonna go for actually natural and unpozzed meats and veggies and fishies, either due to fuel consumption to reach farmers or the farmers' prices or both, but that's basically how our forefathers lived, they ate good meat and veggies and fish and they did physical labor and that's why they were strong

     @RustyCrab that being said it won't give you a chiseled greek body, it'll give you a balanced body with enough fat and muscle to do most things, if you're looking for an actual bodybuilding thing then you're really not gonna find anything legit and sane

     @RustyCrab then just eat natural and do healthy amounts of physical labor and you'll be fine, although it might be expensive
