Reminder that having source code for your program on GitHub doesn't automatically make your code #opensource or #freesoftware or #libre , it just makes it source available.
As much as I don't like the OSI definition, both the OSI and FSF definitions agree on this point. Your program must also be freely redistributable, freely modifiable (minus some OSI caveats), and also able to be sold by third parties who receive it. Without these additional requirements, your code is not libre.
