     @Lazarou we don't need "ideas". Guillotine invented his device in 1789.

     We know how to build and work them, what is lacking is not the engineering or creativity, but the political will.

     Even if ideas were somehow lacking, a good old drawn and quartering by mob is always effective, and entertaining.

     Billionaires shouldn't exist.
