     @kaia yeah a low voice is mostly caused by looser vocal cords so you can just tighten them with surgery

     @kaia@brotka.st Yes, there is. I know somebody IRL who's scheduled for one. Still, they say that you still need voice training after surgery, so it can't be exactly seen as a shortcut to get feminine voice without the hassle of voice training.

     @kaia there is but it's not great, it's basically putting a tightening band over your vocal cords to avoid having to constantly limit your pitch which is rarely the hard part but for some people it is straining to do
     the timbre (voice print) is still entirely up to training
     however it also forces the adam's apple in a less noticeable position and that's usually the primary reason for the procedure
