     Be mindful about what you buy. A sale is not, by itself, a good enough reason to consume.

     Scarcity is manufactured.
     You can choose not to buy anything, be free of the manipulation, the tricks and mind games, the exploitation of workers, nature and consumers.

     Spend time with your loved ones, with a hobby, by yourself.
     Not in a crowd wrestling others for yet more stuff.
