     Ermittlungen wegen all der Vorfälle, die man in Gaza als Kriegsverbrechen betrachten muss? Etwa die mutwillige Zerstörung von Wohnhäusern und ziviler Infrastruktur, die Tötung von Zivilisten, Schüsse auf wehrlose und Kinder?

     Nur zwei Fälle sind bekannt, bei denen tatsächlich zur Anklage kam, bei denen es zur Misshandlung von Gefangen kam. In der Regel sind alle gegen die wegen Misshandlungen von Gefangenen ermittelt wird auf freiem Fuß.

     Bei den mindestens 46 in Gaza gefangenen genommen, die in israelischen Gefangenlagern getötet wurden oder aufgrund von Misshandlungen oder nicht behandelten Wunden verstorben sind (v.a. SdeTeiman) gibt es KEINE einzige Anklage.
