Please keep in mind that when I decide to call, I have a question that I absolutely need to talk to someone about. There is exactly 0 way in which I would have had enough motivation and courage to call about a question that can be solved by a chat bot.

I don't need your system to keep reminding me "maybe I don't need to talk to anyone for this".
