   I need to make something easy and healthy for work lunches now that I have to go in 3 days a week
   
   I was thinking just a bed of rice with chickpeas, roasted red peppers (or sundried tomatoes sometimes), almonds, some black pepper and put like tahini sauce on it

     Even if you don't do meal prep, you can give the recipes a look (but what you described sounds good alright already :catnod: )
