There’s a lot of hostility to Bluesky in my feed and it often seems … sniping?

I use both, I like both - but as a photographer there is one thing Bluesky does better: alt text in the app. You see the whole image. Alt text goes in a box below it; you can edit it more easily (plus you can tweak settings to only allow you to post once it’s there).

Will Bluesky go bad? It may well. But lots of people find Mastodon intimidating and hard to understand and sneering at them does not help. 😕
