  1. 1h ago 'We got one flood warning - but it was too late by then' 1530 Residents of a flood-hit street in South Wales have hit out at officials for not doing enough to prevent flooding. Homes in Sion Street in Pontypridd have been devastated by floodwater after the River Taff burst its banks. It marks the second time in four years that it has been affected by major flooding. “We do as much prep as we can when we know there's going to be an issue," said resident Paula Williams. “The river levels were going down last night when we went to bed.
