@t4tpetplay i think to say the gods represent such and such concept or emotion is the same as saying that, for example, ones friend who is a lawyer represents the concept of a lawyer. gods are just real things idk

@unmind I agree. A god is a manifestation of a concept(s) and/or emotion(s) and operate beyond the true understanding of mortals. Why would they care to name themselves?

i think it's probably the responsibility of humans to name the gods. the gods exist but have no need for names except to live with humans who are obsessed with names. but idk, it's also complicated because of the kind of existence a god is
