   There's a theory that post election results are one of the big reasons folks are abandoning Twitter.

   Begs the question:

   Had the election results been different would those folks still be hanging in on Twitter?

     I think some of them
     had not even been paying attention to their Twitter feed in some cases neglected before the musk purchase.

     If not being personally attacked, and filters in place, they may not have noticed the water boiling, it wasn’t difficult to ignore until musk shanghaied notifications into a useless propaganda channel.

     But I think it is more about sudden awareness of BlueSky as a thing at all, by whatever means.
