@RustyCrab I won't be able to find it again but I read an interesting, long, only semi-schizo blog post suggesting the problem in america is probably the fact that they load up the wheat with niacin, which explains why when people who have problems with american wheat products go to europe they can eat bread just fine

Seems my wheat allergy isn't exclusive to whole wheat and effects white bread as well. I kept having periodic doubt's but this latest test seems pretty clear. Oh well.
