   What do I have to do to make people read the instructions instead of sending in applications that I can't approve ?

     @LunaFoxgirlVT How customizable is the registration page? Instead of relying on people reading, it would be easier to imply requirements built into the form.

     @LunaFoxgirlVT The “Why do you want to join” field is still geared towards developers, since it mentions GitHub and personal blogs. Even replacing it with a quick “I am an (artist/rigger/vtuber)” drop-down/radio button should yield an immediate improvement! For artists/riggers, proceed to ask for a link to their portfolio, and for vtubers, a link to their past streams.

     @LunaFoxgirlVT The one hurdle that still requires reading of course is a link back to vt.social to prove that it’s them, but you can also imply that with a checkbox saying “I’ve made sure to verify my registration to vt.social with a link on my portfolio/YT/Twitch”

     @mitsue @LunaFoxgirlVT I changed the wording earlier (it wasn't that hard) but I'm not sure how much it helped...

     It looks like @kouhai will be implementing a better onboarding flow to make this a lot less painful though! ❤️
