   @Pjcoyle I expect a mass exodus/firing. I also expect that since the primary driver for getting a role is loyalty (not competence), that quality, effectiveness, and efficiency may suffer.

     @patrickcmiller I wonder how many other good people are going to be leaving the government in January. I talked to a lady from the CDC last night who had served during the earlier Trump Administration and she said that Trump was bad enough, but RFK is just too far. She also is leaving.
