@xerz@fedi.xerz.one We've already reached this point years ago. Have you noticed how for example GPUs each year are only getting bigger? It's because that's basically the only way to make a better performing GPU each year.

Also how people no longer care about phone specs at all. Every phone nowadays has usable specs. The reason why people buy new phones is simply because they keep adding other unique features, not really processing power.
