   This situation is just bonkers:

   A Stanford researcher who specializes in misinformation filed an affidavit on generative AI fakes that appears to have been faked with generative AI.

     @inthehands I can only think some intern was told to write the brief and that intern used ChatGPT. And nobody proof read it or checked it before filing it.

     Or it was done on purpose to show the dangers of AI and deek fakes. And how close it could become a reality without some digging into it at all. Yes Lawyers and judges will catch it but will the common person will though?
