     @benignbala as far as I understand it it means the treasury secretary can unilaterally brand any nonprofit as a terrorist org and strip them of nonprofit status without any process. Presumably the only issue with being a terrorist is only having tax exempt status 🤷

     @timnitGebru At the risk of sounding callous, what does this mean for Software Foundation non-profits like the Apache Software Foundation, Mozilla Foundation etc.? (callous because there are non-profit which do a lot more significant things, like life-saving acts, than the software foundations)
