   Woo hoo, little sister is back. I haven't seen her this past week, I had blamed my friend's unkind words about her weight for her absence, but here she is and looking quite well. :fluffytail:

     A good deal of it is winter fluff for sure but I've not seen a fox this big round here. I think I've spoiled this lass because she was so unwell earlier this year. I'm not going to put them on any diets as such but am cutting back on how much food they get. If they need more for the winter I can always increase it again.

     I think that's why I've let her get so big as it's such a stark contrast with where she was back in the spring. The foxes here have always gotten mange once in a while but it always went away with increased rations. She literally smelled like death.
     
     As glad as I am to see her improved I don't now want to be the architect of a whole other raft of health problems for them though.
