   not necessarily in any order... 1) the pill readily available gave women control over their bodies, ad therefore their choices in boyfriends and relationships, 2) no diseases (AIDS came a little later) ... 3) the sharing of everything and globalization was the thing, 4) the desire to experience other cultures was huge for all ages, 5) great music/ movies and the arts, 6) tolerance was the Master Word,

     Someone very young asked me this...

     "What do you think is it that made the 80s so fun? Actually, let me rephrase that, what do you think is it that allowed the 80s to have so much fun?"

     Completely taken aback I had the following answer...but I'm missing something... (I wanted to go out of my way to NOT mention anything economy related)
