I very rarely take taxis/similar, except when traveling.
Today I had a nice chat with a taxi driver in Sevilla about health care, cuts in Spanish system but that in his opinion it’s still excellent compared to most countries, the rise of the far right in the U.S. and around the world (including surge in España w/Vox). And then I chatted with an acquaintance about history of the region, plus got more tidbits on Opus Dei to go along with the book I just read.
