Replacing humans with AI in situations where you are otherwise treating that human as a tool, a thing, a means to an end, is probably fine, but we should aim for a society where as many interactions as possible are meaningful, relational, and building on a shared humanity.

I shouldn't be treating people as servants and slaves and helpers, I should be treating them as people, as collaborators, as students and learners and fellow citizens.
