   turns out this job would be a step backwards for me. they're budget is somewhat restrained so i would need to take a 20% pay cut and it would probably take like 5 years to get back to what I'm currently making. No thank you.

     Interview in an hour but I'm not sure if I would even take the job if offered. I guess it depends on them.
