     "A 29-year-old suspect was arrested on suspicion of violating the Firearms Control Law for possessing a so-called "coil gun," an electromagnet gun with the ability to kill. The suspect had published a video of the manufacturing process on a video distribution website, and the Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the details."
