She probably denied the Holocaust, said that the Nazis were right, and that there should be an ethnic cleansing.
I think that's like the main three categories of illegal speech in Germany.
If that's a real story and not something the redditor made up then I don't know what to say. Seems extremely stupid in every way, LOL.

If it can't disturb public peace, it's not illegal. A message exchanged between two lovers with the explicit wish for it to remain secret is not that.

Filming it and sending it to someone could be considered public, no? She "published" it to someone, technically? IANAL
