   This one actually IS on my team, which as far as I can tell is the unicorn of tech jobs:
   * manager I like
   * teammates I like
   * almost all work is open source
   * reasonable work/life balance
   * remote-first (though this spot is in London)
   * work is both interesting and useful to the world (make software harder to surveil + more efficient!)

   It’s still a megacorp but as far as I can tell this is as good as that gets.
